A three, going on four, generation family business, Brault's Slaughterhouse and Market is a Vermont inspected facility providing a variety of custom and commercial butchering services and products located in Troy, Vermont.
They raise a large majority of the animals they process and sell. The rest are bought in from local farms and processed on site.
The business is owned and operated by Tony Brault and Kathy Couture, with help from Tony's son Corey. With a focus on local farm fresh meat Brault’s has been a Northeast Kingdom staple for over 95 years.
