West Meadow Farm Bakery is a commercial and retail bakery in Essex Junction, VT. The company was founded by Lois Blaisdell after she was diagnosed with celiac disease in the late 1990s. She was determined to create delicious, gluten-free foods that not only she, but her family and friends could enjoy. Along with a focus on gluten-intolerance and celiac disease, the company is working to expand their line of dairy-free and soy-free offerings.
