From the shores of Lake Champlain in Bridport, Vermont, Bridport Creamery produces farm-fresh cheese curds in a variety of flavors. Nicole Foster, head cheesemaker, was born and raised on her family farm in Bridport, VT. Her family milks 325 cows on 1200 acres of farmland. Nicole has enjoyed creating quality products that are unique to Bridport Creamery, including a “Swisserella” cheese.
